JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement tasks in development of new businesses under the instruction & guidance by Dept. GM. Achieve Sales target set by Company Management
• Manage 2-3 members in section and play a role as an assistant manager of the sales department.
• Responsible for managing orders, delivery and sales.
• Visiting business partners, creating quotations, and negotiating with customers.
• Required to report to the management team on sales for the next three months.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have experience in sales at Japanese companies

• Must be fluent in Japanese.
• Must experience as a sales manager in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) company with track record of driving sales growth. Experience in Stamped parts is preferable.
• Those who have experience in new development sales.
• PC Skill: Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Those who are cheerful and can talk to anyone.
• Those who can act independently.
• Working time: Admin hour
  Day off: Public holidays, Sundays and 2 Saturdays/Month

JOB BENEFITS

• Salary: 2500$ ~ 4000 $
• Bonus: 2 times/year (Bonus based on of positive profit from company business performance).
• Salary increase: One time per year.

• Social welfare: Employee will be entitled regulations in compliance with Labor Code of Vietnam such as Social & Medical Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Periodical health check).
