Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Accounting Manager to oversee the financial accounting activities of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.

  • Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing financial performance.

• Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance.

  • Present reports to senior management, explaining key insights.

• Budget Management:

  • Manage budgeting process and track performance.

  • Identify areas for cost optimization and ensure adherence to targets.

• Risk Management:

  • Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Establish internal controls and monitor compliance.

• Cash Management:

  • Optimize cash flow and liquidity.

  • Implement forecasting techniques for future needs.

• Tax Planning and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and minimize liabilities.

  • Coordinate with external advisors for accurate tax filings.

• Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.

• At least 5 years' experience in senior finance, with managerial experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and practices.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in financial software, MS Office Suite
