A start-up automotive business based in Hong Kong that is dedicated to promoting electric mobility solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Generation
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to present products and services to potential clients.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and actively follow up to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Relationship Building
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our electric mobility solutions.
Sales Closure and Revenue Generation
  • Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales deals.
  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process, from initial contact to order fulfillment.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and market segments.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market trends and customer preferences.
Sales Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and action plans.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese written and verbal communication skills is required.
  • Previous experience dealing with Corporate Clients and the government.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry or electric mobility solutions is a plus.
