PROCUREMENT STAFF

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A company jointly invested by local company and Japanese company in Bac Ninh Province wants to recruit a Procurement Staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the office.
•  To support/assist Procurement Manager for the duty/task of procurement team including:
• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies due to technical team requirement.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Controlling and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Assisting to get quotation from Vendor and forwarder in order to make cost analyses, and reports.
• To report procurement status to Management on a regular basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good skill in English (Speaking, reading, and writing).
• From two years and above years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

BENEFITS

• Insurances in accordance with the Vietnamese Labour Code.
• Salary range: 10-15 million VND.
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8.00AM~5.00PM.
• Probation period: 2 months.
• Workplace: Bac Ninh Province.
• The company will arrange daily transportation from Hanoi city to the workplace.
