COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese logistics company located in Hung Yen province needs to recruit a warehouse management staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control all raw materials receiving materials from customer with delivery and import receipt.
• Check and track all kinds of documents related to import and export of goods.
• Directly monitor the import process to ensure that all risks of goods are minimized.
• The job of the warehouse keeper includes arranging, sorting, and preserving goods in the warehouse according to instructions to ensure the integrity of the goods and avoid damage.
• Carry out cycle counting on a weekly basis to accurately control inventory.
• Periodically and monthly check the shelves in the warehouse to promptly detect problems and have timely solutions.
• Arrange manpower to load/unload materials/finished goods when delivery.
• Control shipping in/out.
• Ensure absolute safety of fire prevention and fighting rules for the warehouse.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 years working experiences in warehouse management.
• Bachelor of chemical fields, or have knowledge of chemicals, or warehouse or logistics.
• Understand FIFO (first in, first out).
• Understand about the policy of chemical product explosion prevention and safety first.
• Good command in Japanese. (JPLT N3 and above communication level).
