                                       CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese textile company having office in Ha Noi wants to employ a Construction Manager for their factory in Nghe An province.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check drawings, advise on construction method and plan.
• Making schedule.
• Manage construction site (Delivery, Construction sequence, Safety).
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure progress.
• Control works progress and check monthly interim payments.
• Manage project program and Quantity Control.
• Implement Quality Control and safety procedures on site.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University with major: Architecture/ Civil & Industrial Construction.
• Have at least 5 years’ experience in construction field, specific for interior.
• Able to understand drawing.
• Able to use English in communicating and understanding drawings. 
• Understand site arrangement and optimize schedule.
• Able to work proactively to complete the work and solve problem on-site.
• Proficient with Ms. Word, Excel, MS project.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and good reporting skills with management.

BENEFITS
   

• Salary from 1500~2000 USD Gross or negotiable.
• Working at project on site at Nghe An Province from Jan 2023~July 2023.
• Rental house fee will be separately negotiated.
