COMPANY OVERVIEW

JAC's client is a famous brand name in Real Estate sector that is currently looking for a potential candidate for the Business Development position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Seek industrial/logistics and commercial investment/development possibilities in Vietnam.
• Conduct feasibility studies on new deals, including detailed market research and due diligence on proposed projects.
• Develop complete business plans (including financial analysis) for approval by management.
• Analyze and assess probable project legal and corporate legal issues.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Finance & Banking
• At least 3 years of working experience in Investment/development in a Real estate company  
• Knowledge in finance & investment, proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Good communication in English, particularly in speaking & writing
