EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop detailed reports for senior management that include key performance indicators and strategic insights to aid in decision-making.
•  Analyze data from multiple sources to spot trends, identify opportunities, and assess risks, providing critical insights that help shape business strategies.
•  Apply graphic design principles and tools to produce reports that are both visually attractive and easy to understand, making complex information accessible.
• Work closely with teams from finance, operations, and marketing to collect relevant data and insights needed for report creation.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry best practices, new technologies, and advancements in data visualization to improve the quality and impact of reports for executives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or a closely related field. Preference will be given to those with an advanced degree;
• Have minimum 5 years of experience within in developing executive-level reports within the electronics manufacturing sector, particularly in areas like consumer electronics, contract manufacturing, branding, or OEM/ODM operations;
• ABV (America Born Viet Nam): Native proficiency in English is required;
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing reports that effectively communicate complex information;
• Preference for candidates aged between 30 and 40 years.
