COMPANY   OVERVIEW

Our client, a well-known multinational fashion retail company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Warehouse Specialist. This role is instrumental in optimizing our warehouse operations and managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely order fulfilment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics coordination, and vendor management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• 3PL Management: 

  • Foster strong ties with 3PL partners, managing contracts, negotiations, and performance evaluations. Coordinate task allocation and resource distribution, aligning with operational objectives and fostering smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

• Warehouse Operations: 

  • Lead daily warehouse operations encompassing inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving. Implement best practices and standards, leveraging warehouse management systems (WMS) and technology for streamlined processes and compliance.

• Process Improvement: 

  • Identify optimization opportunities across warehouse operations and 3PL allocation processes. Collaborate with teams to implement initiatives such as layout redesign and workflow automation, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 

  • Establish KPIs to gauge warehouse and 3PL performance. Monitor trends, analyze data, and prepare insightful reports and presentations for management, driving operational enhancements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.

• Proficiency in WMS and relevant software.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Analytical mindset with multitasking abilities.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
