We are supporting our client - a leading Japanese manufacturer, looking for the Internal and External Public Relations Specialist develops and executes communication strategies to foster positive relationships internally and externally. They manage internal channels to engage employees and promote organizational culture, while also enhancing the organization's reputation and visibility externally through PR initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop internal communication strategies and content to inform employees and foster engagement.

• Coordinate messaging on organizational changes and benefits in collaboration with HR.

• Organize internal events to enhance camaraderie and monitor employee sentiment.

• Cultivate relationships with media and external stakeholders to generate positive coverage.

• Draft press materials, coordinate media engagements, and manage crisis communication.

• Create compelling content for social media and external channels to engage stakeholders.

• Plan PR events and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Proven experience in both internal and external PR roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing communication strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in media relations, crisis communication, and digital PR tools and platforms.
