Our client is a leading Japanese manufacturer. They are looking for an Import Export Purchasing Specialist to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end procurement for imported and exported goods.

• Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and establish contracts.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand procurement needs.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Stay informed about changes in import/export laws and policies.

• Analyze procurement data and drive continuous improvement.

• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and partners.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.

• 2 years + of procurement experience in trading and manufacturing.

• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.

• Certification in procurement or supply chain management preferred.

• Fluency in English preferred.
