JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicating with customers, building relationships with customers based on trust and respect.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate customer need fulfilment.
• Keeping the control to inventory and account collection.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
• Acting as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Male age from 25-35
• University/ College Graduation, major in Agronomy/ Plant Protection/ Bsns Admin/ Marketing
• Basic English communication; Computer: MS Office/Internet
• Priority for candidates with knowledges in fertilizer & working experience at least 02 year
• Priority for local candidates
• Good Health; Self-transportation
• Salary be negotiated (depend on experience & competence).
