Chief Accountant (Chinese and English) COMPANY OVERVIEW
A textile manufacturing company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all financial activities, including financial strategy development, budget management, internal control implementation, and tax management, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese accounting policies, economic laws, tax laws, and regulations.
• Lead the financial management team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with all tax obligations.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on financial procedures, policies, and systems.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including management, auditors, government authorities, and financial institutions.
• Continuously assess and improve financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial management, preferably in large or medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of financial strategy, budget management, internal control, and tax management.
• Proficient understanding of Vietnamese accounting policies, economic laws, tax laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Chinese and Vietnamese
• Working location: Quang Ninh province
