COMPANY OVERVIEW
A foreign real estate development company is looking for Architect Manager position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and advise team members.
• Supervise the design stage of future projects
• Assist the Tender team in creating Tender documents for future projects.
• To support Tender team in preparation of Tender documents in future projects
• Assist Site PM teams in resolving architectural design issues during the construction and operation phases.
• Manage project design and schedule.
• Prepare administrative application documentation.
• Follow specification changes during construction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Good English skills
• Experience in Project Management for Mixed-use condominium projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in Architectural Project Management at large-scale Clients or 7 years in Team Lead role at Architectural Consultancies.
