A global engineering company is hiring a Green Building Project Manager in HCMC

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage projects related to Green Building Certification Scheme such as LEED, LOTUS, EDGE etc.
• Manage projects related to Energy efficiency, Low-carbon design, thermal comfort.
• Coordinate with building owners, stakeholders, and suppliers. Instruct project engineers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Energy efficiency (HVAC, improvement studies, works etc.)
• Experience in Green building certification (LEED/LOTUS/EDGE) and Sustainability in building.
• Experience in WELL is a plus.
• At least 5 years’ professional experience, including 2 years as Energy efficiency/Green Building Project Manager.
• Languages: Fluent English, can communicate with international clients in the meetings
• Willing to learn more, willing to do non-standardized scope of work.
• Proactive personality, open minded person, transparent and good team player
• Ability to work in an international environment, has an international mindset.
• Software: proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT; Understanding of LCA/Energy modeling software is a plus.
