Chief Accountant COMPANY OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee tax, accounting, compulsory insurance, trade union, and other relevant regulations to guarantee the company's adherence.
• Prepare monthly reports following VAS or IFRS within 10 business days of the following month. Submit B/S, P/L and C/F Statement to the General Director.
• Manage short-term and long-term loan balances, process all administrative documentation related to payments, banking, and financing activities.
• Maintain a constantly updated cash flow status table for clear visibility into company finances.
• Supervise the accounting staff in overseeing and managing the company's fixed assets.
• Lead the accounting staff in reconciling accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) balances to ensure accuracy.
• Plan and implement General Director-approved internal process policy improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Act as an active intermediary between the company, the accounting advisory firm, and other service vendors and suppliers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director.
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Certified Chief Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proficient in accounting software (MISA experience a plus).
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage the accounting team and work effectively across departments.
• Bilingual communication with English fluency or strong proficiency.
• Ability to handle overtime as needed.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and quick learning skills.
