COMPANY OVERVIEW
JAC's client is a top local bank in Vietnam JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•Support the in-house counsels in responding to new regulations in a proper manner to ensure compliance with laws by all staff in daily operation.
•Deal with legislation and regulatory changes from local authorities by timely update and report to supervisor and Management.
•Support other department operations by providing legal advice and monitor legal task forces and projects, as well as coordinating with related counterparties in handling legal / compliance issues;
•Be responsible for the compliance action program regarding (i) legal/compliance checks and (ii) training to all staff on legal / compliance issues.

JOB REQUIREMENT
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law
•Experience in the banking sector or a law firm is advantageous.
•Being an attorney at law is advantageous.
•Fluency in English in both writing and speaking; knowledge of Japanese is advantageous.
•Strong analytical, presentation, and reporting skills.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a team and take responsibility, proactive and attentive to detail.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Lotus.
