JAC is opening an interesting position from one of our valued clients in Phu Nhuan District.
The company is based in Japan and started in 1967 with Data Driven and then expand to other field of industries in Telecom and IT. So far, the company is considered as a potential enterprise with global offices and across multiple fields of IT industry.

This is an interesting opportunity for Japanese-speaker candidates with IT and Sales background. The position is playing an important role that is assisting Managers to meet the targeted plans in Vietnam’s market.
Location : Phu Nhuan District
Working hours : Mon- Fri, flexible mode
Report line : Line Manager Description :
• Cultivate the sales pipeline by reaching out to potential customers and presenting company solutions tailored to their requirements and needs.
• Strategize sales approaches and identify target markets for designated products.Responsibility: • Proactively engage with potential clients, establishing rapport to understand their business objectives and challenges; provide consultative guidance leveraging company's technology, solutions, and services.
• Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to develop tailored solutions addressing client needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the bidding process to project finalization.
• Address commercial inquiries from clients during project delivery, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company's services to clients and their ecosystem partners.
• Strategize sales approaches and target markets for designated products, supported by managerial guidance.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Facilitate order closure and ensure accurate contract processing.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Telecommunications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Account Manager role (direct sales) within the IT or Engineering sectors. Previous experience in System Integration or Software companies is advantageous.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and projecting a positive company image in public settings are essential for visibility.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency to engage in conversations.
• Excellent communication skills encompassing oral, written, and presentation abilities, crucial for influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ambition to secure significant projects and develop skills towards a Sales Manager position.
• Proficiency (Intermediate level) in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as sales tools like Salesforce.com.
• English language proficiency at a good level.
