COMPANY OVERVIEW
Japanese company in HCMC is looking for a Chief Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting tasks

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Manage overall accounting activities of the company
• Prepare monthly, yearly financial statements and report to the Manager, Tax Department, and other government offices regarding accounting and finance issues
• Reviewing financial records, contracts, and other documentation to ensure the accuracy
• Tax calculation, budget preparation and expense management activities
• Oversee financial transactions according to company policies and regulations
• Monitoring cash flow, review and approve of payments and remittances
• Review and check tax returns/fillings and secure tax compliance in Vietnam
• Report to Japanese Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Proven Accounting experience with 3-5 years of experience in the equivalent role
• Experience working in Japanese company
• Good English skills
• Having Japanese is a plus (not must)

OTHER INFORMATION
 

• Working hour: 8:30 – 17:30, Mon – Fri
• 13th month salary
• Annual leave: 14 days
• Transportation allowance, phone allowance
