SALES ENGINEER
(CUTTING TOOLS)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client- a trading Japanese company is specializing in cutting tools and so on is looking for sales engineer working in Hanoi Office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

      Sales expansion by daily sales activity : 

• Provide daily technical support: Arrange daily visit to Customers together with Distributor Sales Engineers.
• Tool selection: Provide technical support and solutions to support Customers to increase production capability.
• Test cutting and take care of trouble shooting: Introduce new products, propose Kaizen and all related activities to create new Business (HIKI).
• Test reports: summarize all information to make test reports to share.

Market research & Business Development :

• Collect customer & competitor information as well as market information, then report to management.
• New business development: Develop new customers, new distributors, new markets.
• Support Distributors to up-grade technical knowledge and sales skill of all Sales Engineers:
• Prepare weekly / monthly reports: Target product, Target Customers, Sample Tracking, HIKI, Sales Support System…
• Perform CRS (Customer Registration System) regulation.
• Support for special events: Campaign, exhibition, and seminar…
• Products: Milling, Drilling …tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from university.
• Qualification: 
• University degree in Mechanical Engineer, Economics or equivalent
• Experience: 
• Min 3 years working experience in a similar industry.
• Skills: 
• Good communication skill to maintain relationship with Distributors and Customers.
• Having the sense of initiative to improve knowledge and behave to be a professional businessman.
• Having good thinking and analytical skills.
• Carefulness to ensure all results / reports given out precisely.
• High sense of responsibility to ensure that all information is not explored to any third parties without acceptance from Leaders.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Good in using Microsoft Office.
• English communication level (can communicate in Japanese is advantage).
• Other necessary qualities: 

• Strict, honest, able to withstand high work pressure.

    BENEFITS

• Monthly gross salary: up to 35 Mil VND.
• Probation:  participating in social insurance during probation with full salary.
• Working hour: 8:00~17:00 Mon~ Fri.
• Lunch + commuting allowance – fixed monthly.
• 13th month bonus + performance bonus.
