A start-up Malaysian media company is looking for an HR Manager to join and support their company in their new set-up office in HCMC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment and Staffing 

• Involving in attracting, hiring and onboarding new employees
• Researching and attracting talented individuals to join the company

• C&B

• Managing salary structures, benefits and other perks
• Preparing monthly payroll schedules for management approval
• Preparing monthly reward schedule of collaborators

• Employee Relations & Engagement

• Handling employee concerns, conflicts and work to maintain a positive work environment. Acting as a bridge between employees and management
• Fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture, organizing events and initiatives to boost morale and teamwork

• Legal Compliance

• Ensuring that the company complies with labour laws, regulations and ethical standards, mitigating legal risks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of related working experience in HR roles
• Good communication skills in English or Chinese language
