  ASSISTANT FOR CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese main contractor of construction in Hanoi city needs to employ an Assistant for Chief Accountant.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities: Assisting the Chief Accountant for Accounting Department’s operation.
 

• Manage a team of accountants, monitor the progress of work completion, and find errors in business operations, papers, statistical reports....
• Prepare reports and reports to the Vietnamese Chief Accountant.
• Specifically, the company plays the role of a foreign contractor, the main contractor, doing construction projects, so it will need to follow each project. Projects will follow each other for a long time. Accounting documents will be received from subcontractors.
• Working at the office, documents related to costs & accounting at the works will be collected and transferred to the office by the person in charge.
• Use the company's accounting software.
• Other accounting tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• Bachelor’s degree, major in accounting or related.
•  At least 3 years of experience in General Accountant- leader position or at the same position.
•  Experience working in foreign companies, good knowledge of construction contractor.
• Good English skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
•  Knowledge of tax and regulations.
•  Ability to work independently and in a team, withstand high pressure.
•  Have a desire to stick with the Company for a long time.

BENEFITS

 

• Work in Hanoi.
• Working time: 08:30~17:30 from Mon- Saturday Morning (working on Saturday morning every two weeks).
• Salary: Gross/month up to 28 Mil VND based on experience.
• All benefits in accordance with Labour Law and company’s regulation.
