                                       SALES EXECUTIVE

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese company in Vietnam has services such as international and domestic freight forwarding, warehouse, project cargo, customs clearance, etc... needs to employ a Sales Executive for Hanoi Office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Proactively search for new customers.
• Join meetings with customers as per routine and plan.
• Do quotations.
• Collect payment from customers.
• Ensure smooth handover the account to operations.
• Build and perform sales plan in accordance with sales target.
• Prepare related reports about sales activities periodically and per requests.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• College or University degree.
• Business Administration or any major.
• Logistics: Freight forwarding, warehousing, customs.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in international freight forwarder.
• Fluent business English (writing and speaking).
• Skills: Presentation, Microsoft office, Strong communication and negotiation skills, Strong independently problem-solving capabilities, Customer-oriented team player, Ability to communicate effectively, maintain relationships with customers.
