COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign real estate company is looking for Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Binh Duong province.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage construction site.
• Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Manage construction site team.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Be responsible as Construction Manager at the first project.
• Other related tasks assigned by board of directors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Having over 5 years of working experience as onsite supervision experience at the construction company for high rise building projects, commercial projects.
• Having working experience with foreign companies and contractors.  
• Good communication in English skills
• Certificate in Project Management - Level I.
• Work hours: 08:00～17:00 (Mon―Fri)
