JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Tasks:

• Investment review & support for grinding & honing process [AP region]
• Development & localization of grinding & honing process [AP region]
• Benchmark & process optimization of grinding & honing process [AP region]
• Trouble shooting of grinding & honing process [AP region]
• Technical support for technology release/ grinding burn / QCD mapping / etc... [AP region]
• Network of Competency for grinding & honing process [Central technology & AP region]

Interfaces:
Internal:

• Central technology: SP/HZA-PTM (Grinding & Honing)
• Plant technologist: FHS / FKC / IRK / SVC / SMT / India sub-region.
• Region technologist: Europe / America / China
• Industrial Engineer: Head quarter / Regions / Plants
• Tool Management and Prototype, Special machine building
• Plant organization with product responsibility, Segment management
• Master planning, Plant purchasing, and Plant management.
• Quality management, HR and Maintenance, MOVE

External:

• Customer
• Machine supplier
• Auditors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Senior specialist and expert in 3-5 years in grinding and honing process
• Technical degree (Mechanical Engineering) or alternative technical education
• Business fluent English in spoken and written
• Social and intercultural competency, teamwork and working in networks

• Working time: 8h - 16h30 (Mon - Fri)
