Job Responsibilities

• Implement local initiatives, seminars, and promotional efforts to stimulate demand in Vietnam.

• Provide assistance for various marketing communication tasks, which may include organizing events, creating promotional materials, and handling administrative responsibilities as needed.

• Take charge of digital marketing endeavors related to themed campaigns, promotions, and new product introductions (NPIs). This involves tasks like designing graphics, crafting content, and adapting language for local audiences.

• Offer support in content development when required.

• Efficiently manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring leads are promptly distributed and properly handled.

• Develop and schedule a monthly digital marketing strategy for Vietnam's social media platforms and newsletters.

• Generate reports on post-campaign activities, including lead acquisition and their value, and deliver monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing performance.

• Monitor and handle inquiries received through the Vietnamese mailbox on a daily basis.

• Be prepared to travel within Vietnam as necessary.

• Undertake any additional responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in digital and event marketing.

• Willing and able to undertake travel within Vietnam, typically an estimated 1 to 2 times.

• Proficient in both English and the Vietnamese language, with the ability to provide translation services.

• Background in B2B marketing, particularly within the industrial sector.

• Knowledgeable in Facebook marketing and skilled in managing Facebook pages.
