JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Customer Relations Oversight

• Establish and execute Action Plans to foster sales growth across each product category and client segment
• Guarantee the attainment of business goals and execute tasks and strategic undertakings, maintaining consistent communication with Corporate functions
• Showcase sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor
• Assure the execution and expansion of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives to cultivate a customer network for the store
• Secure service excellence and enhance client engagement within the store

Personnel Supervision

• Lead a retail team with the assistance of Local HR (Hiring, Mentoring, Training)
• Secure the cultivation of motivation, a sense of ownership, and active engagement in the business

Optimize Stock Business Potential

• Establish and uphold connections with potential business collaborators
• Aid the PR and Consumer Management team during events
• Ensure efficient workforce scheduling within the store Management of Visual Merchandising

• Guarantee accurate interpretation and execution of visual guidelines, keeping the retail team informed about visual matters and ensuring the upkeep of Visual Merchandising through close collaboration with the Visual Display team

Supervision of Store Operations

• Assure cost-effective and operationally efficient management of the store, adhering to internal policies and procedures
• Ensure seamless integration and optimization between front and back-office operations, maintaining proper staffing coverage, overseeing logistics and stock management
• Uphold inventory precision, aligning with corporate protocols and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of background in a comparable role within the retail or service sector
• Impeccably presented and motivated, possessing robust leadership, evaluative, and interpersonal proficiencies to guide groups in accomplishing goals across all dimensions.
• Self-reliant person with formidable aptitude for making choices.
• Enthusiastic about fashion.
