JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Customer Assistance

• Sustain and expand the customer base through lively involvement and exceptional customer care by proactive client interaction and frequent correspondence
• Act as an engaged Brand Representative by instilling brand vision to cultivate consumer brand fidelity
• Actively attain monthly sales goals
• Independently and proactively pursue client inquiries and needs, including post-sales services
• Deliver outstanding service benchmarks, recommendations, options, and foresee future requirements.
• Approach learning proactively, comprehending top sellers, fresh arrivals, product specifics, and all group particulars.
• Demonstrate teamwork and cooperation to prioritize customer necessities

Management of Visual Merchandising

• Cooperate with the Visual Merchandising team to preserve and sustain visual merchandising in accordance with global visual guidelines

Operations

• Abide by all in-store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with cash handling and daily closure settlement
• Receive and pack stocks in assigned categories
• Fulfill any additional duties delegated by the Store Manager

Control of Inventory

• Conduct category scans for inventory rationales
• Aid in stock upkeep and periodic stock counts
• Replenish display merchandise as necessitated

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of prior involvement
• Robust fascination for the Upscale commerce.
• Robust capabilities in human interaction.
• Devoted to customers, concentrated on outcomes.
• Capable of executing store protocols and methodologies
• Acquainted with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) methodologies and instruments and additional store operational software (Beanstore, CRM, SAP, etc.) constitutes an added advantage.
