COMPANY OVERVIEW
An audit, accounting consulting Japanese company in Hanoi gives tax accounting, auditing services and others is looking for an Accounting Staff (Japanese Speaking with N3 level and above).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform detailed review of client accounting reports, payroll, tax declaration for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor receipt of client documents to ensure timely progress of running service.
- Work with Japanese Client directly, meeting with clients and communicate during daily work in Japanese.
- Prepare monthly, yearly accounting reports in Japanese.
- Calculate and declare taxes, including VAT, PIT, CIT and FCT and others.
- Work with clients’ auditors and tax officers when needed.
- Assist in spot services such as review and due diligence for M&A projects.
- Other tasks assigned by personnel at higher level.
- Business trip if needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University Graduate (With a bachelor's degree of accounting).
- Have experience related to accounting and tax 3 years and above, working at accounting consultancy will be preferred.
- Proficient in Japanese language (N3 and above).
- Good command of the English language will be preferred.
- CPA or a holder of other accounting Certificate will be preferred.
- Has above average analytical, your own time management skills.
- Keen on details and has good problem-solving skills through communication with boss.
- Easily builds rapport with clients and colleagues due to strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and presentation skills.
BENEFITS
- Location: Hanoi office. Normal working hours (9am-6pm, Monday-Friday).
- Salary: 700USD~1200USD or negotiable based on experience.
- 13th month salary and other bonus.
- All benefits in accordance with Labour Law and company’s regulation.
- Travel yearly: domestic or abroad.
- Transportation, overtime, business trip, and other allowances.
