JD:
  • Foster, expand, and maintain strong connections with clients/partners while cultivating market segments to advance company's business interests.
  • Formulate and execute strategic account plans for key clients.
  • Establish and efficiently manage an ongoing opportunity pipeline to maintain a steady business landscape, and provide weekly reports on the pipeline status. Promptly report sales activities and initiate necessary escalations when required.
  • Collaborate with the presales team, partners, and relevant departments to enthusiastically craft proposals. Oversee the closure of deals, ensuring contracts/POs are signed promptly to mitigate unwarranted risks.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with related departments to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain communication with clients until project completion and serve as the primary contact for issue resolution with clients/partners, if needed.
  • Ensure all transactions adhere strictly to group/company policies & procedures and local regulations.
  • Achieve annual targets as mutually agreed upon with your immediate manager.

Requirement
  • Over 3 years of experience in IT sales.
  • Proficient in devising and implementing mid- to long-term Account Plans for customers.
  • Possesses industry expertise in manufacturing and mobility, capable of independently formulating proposals that contribute to customers' business transformation.
  • Proficient in English communication, with a Japanese language proficiency as a valuable asset.
  • Proactively and assertively seeks out new customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Fujitsu products & services or similar IT solutions is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and self-assuredness.
  • Exhibits moderate managerial competencies.
  • Adept at negotiation, presentation, and communication.
  • Demonstrates effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with enthusiasm and reliability.
