JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination of delivery dates and quality support with manufacturers (suppliers)
• Developing new customers
• Searching for new suppliers Interpretation from Vietnamese to English (business meetings with customers, bank procedures, correspondence with commerce and industry bureau and tax office).
• Negotiations on price, delivery date and quality, company information and product explanation (to customers and to our G-company) in English.
• Negotiating sales contracts with customers.
• Factory inspections
• Reporting and consulting on business activities.
• Prepare documents using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Interpretation from Vietnamese to English (business meetings with customers, bank procedures, communication with commerce and industry bureaus and tax offices).
• Monitor publications and announcements from customer base and target customers, channeling information to management.
• Participate in weekly sales meeting to include budget, sales, profit and forecast.
• Coordinate efforts with Sales, Marketing, Senior Management resources as needed.
• Set up/Attend Regional, National and/or Global trade shows, consult industry directories, and travel to develop new and existing customer leads.
• Keep management abreast of market conditions, product performance and make recommendations for future growth potential such as acquisitions, new market strategies, new product development based on market trends, etc
• Manage expenses within specified budget and company policy guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience

• Experience in the same industry required.                              
• Education University graduate or above    
• Good at English
• Experience in creating documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Cooperative, honest and willing to take on new challenges.
• The company has recently set a goal to incorporate in Vietnam, and the candidate should be able to work together with our overseas offices to achieve this goal.
