JAC's client – one of market leading Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) companies, is looking for a Senior Sales (Team leader) position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the entire sales cycle from market research to company targeting, lead generation, field sales, implementation, and customer success.
• Establish partnerships with e-commerce enablers to create more leads.
• Hire, train, and form a sales team; Lead the team by setting KGI and KPI, and planning & strategizing.
• Plan new features and projects to improve the product based on market feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3+ years of B2B sales experience; having 02 years managing and training a sales team (includes more than 03 members) is a plus
• Excellent sales skills and experienced with software, SaaS, fintech, and payment products in a sale environment
• Ability to document and explain logically
• Ability to create plans, manage schedules, excel in execution and
• Friendly; Customer-oriented and Strong responsibility
• Good command of English
• Experienced in planning and improving products, Preferable candidates in E-commerce or payment industries.
