Job vacancy Mechanical Design Engineer

JAC's client is Japanese manufacturing in VSIP II, Binh Duong. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design (plastic parts): Understand about products, especially the plastic part. Understand OHQ’s standards for products.
• Product quality assessment: Understand about products, understand OHQ’s standards for products.
• Review mechanical designs: Organize review, evaluation and adjustment of mechanical design.
• Create and follow schedule: Create detail schedule for a project from start to finish. Ensure that the project is implemented according to schedule.
• Make and processing Engineering Change: Knowing about the current part/product in OHV, know about the product structure/BOM, know EC making process.
• Making 2D drawing for Parts, ATT, Labels: AutoCAD: make/modify 2D drawing, ATT drawing, Label, SolidWorks: make/modify mold part 2D drawing.
• Evaluate new part, proceed change in current products: Making report skill, knowing about the current part/product, understand and organize evaluation and adjustment of mechanical design.
• Manage all mechanical related progress in the project: having professional knowledge of mold and mechanics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• English Communication (Must)
• Education & Knowledge: University. Have Mechanical & Plastic part design knowledge is a plus point.
• From 2 years experience
• MS office, SolidWorks basic, AutoCAD
• SolidWork simulation: Plastic flow, SolidWork surface design.
