COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign real estate company is looking for Architect Manager to join their project in Binh Duong and HCM.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project design and schedule to meet the deadline and quality standards.
• Conduct the design stage management of projects.
• Support Tender team in preparation of Tender documents in projects.
• Support Site PM teams to resolve Architectural design issues during Construction stage and Operation stage.
• Check the design from consultant to make sure they comply with regulations and company standard.
• Give instruction and coordinate with partner design company, design consultants.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree of Architecture.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in design/construction company.
• Experience in the same business at a foreign company or real estate development company.
• Having team management experience.
• Excellent English skills.
• Working time: Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00
