JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cooperate with Japanese & Chinese engineer to set up production line in factory
• Develop operational and maintenance plans for production equipment and monitor their implementation
• Production line planning and management
• Drive efficiency and improve manufacturing processes. It also manages and reduces production costs.
• Ensure a safe environment in the plant, develop and implement occupational health and safety management policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in setting up production plants, setting up production lines
• Experience in labor management, production cost management and production efficiency improvement
• Fluent Japanese or English
