JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establishing a network of authorized representatives, franchisees, and resellers nationwide.
  • Crafting a business plan, fostering the growth, and exploring opportunities in the craft beer market.
  • Overseeing and enhancing business operations, sales procedures, and customer support.
  • Compiling market data and examining it to propose sales solutions.
  • Enlisting, coaching, mentoring, assigning tasks, and allocating territories to the sales team based on individual capacities and competencies.
  • Executing business strategies, sales initiatives, and employee training.
  • Devising territorial coverage plans and boosting sales figures.
  • Formulating a dealer development strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and devising plans to bolster dealer sales.
  • Identifying and presenting monthly and quarterly sales targets for distributors/agents and sales personnel to the CEO for approval.
  • Ensuring the achievement of individual and departmental sales targets and managing debt recovery.
  • Developing comprehensive business plans on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis and ensuring their effective implementation.
  • Orchestrating, overseeing, and administering all business activities at each stage of development to attain divisional and Company/Branch objectives.
  • Gathering, evaluating, and analyzing market intelligence, competitors, and rival products to devise deployment strategies.
  • Engaging in the development, continuous enhancement, and operation of all regulatory processes related to the undertaken tasks to achieve peak work efficiency.
  • Undertaking any other authorized duties or those directly instructed.

Bottom of Form JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or related fields.
  • Proficient English communication and the ability to meet job demands.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles or comparable positions.
