Job vacancy BIM Engineer (MEP)

Our client is a leading service in construction, buildings & real-estate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create drawings from architecture models.
• Create Revit families for 2D/3D visualization ready to be connected to MEP disciplines (Advanced level)
• Create, update and revise BIM models and drawings throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.
• Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.
• Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools
• Solid knowledge in Revit and Dynamo
• Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environment, eg. Autodesk construction cloud.
• Good command of English. Additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian…) is an advantage.
