JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Search, explore, and assess investment opportunities in the commodity, retail, logistics investment portfolio...
• Post-investment monitoring and administration;
• Generating analysis reports encomfundpassing: Industry analysis; enterprise business analysis.
• Conducting research, qualitative and quantitative analysis on enterprises' competitive advantages.
• Provide recommendations (portfolio restructuring, investment or divestment...) based on assessment and analysis to maximize investment portfolio benefits and minimize risks; propose risk management solutions for investments.
• Analyze conflicts, negotiate, and resolve disagreements and conflicts pertaining to investment and financial matters; ensure the company's activities comply with regulations from competent authorities at all levels.
• Analyze and evaluate operational effectiveness, financial efficiency, cost allocation, and profit measurement of business units/products.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with industry partners (investment funds, analysts/brokers, investor relations departments of enterprises...)
• Undertake other associated responsibilities as instructed by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 years in a comparable role. Previous experience in areas such as: Retail, Consumer Goods, logistics, Securities...Strong in M&A activities
• Education: Graduate degree or higher, specializing in disciplines such as: Economics, Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Banking and Finance, Investment, ...
• Skilled in industry analysis and financial statement analysis, capable of generating industry research reports or providing investment recommendations.
• Candidates holding CPA, ACCA, or CFA certifications will be given preference.
• Fluent in English and Chinese. Top of Form
