COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is Japanese furniture and home accessories retail company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creates inventory forecasts and sends to suppliers to assist in mutual planning.
• Creates Purchase Orders for approval, sends to Suppliers, maintains tracking reports.
• Updates and confirms order and shipping status.
• Communicates any delays to the merchandising and operations department.
• Supports and assists operation department in inventory inquiries.
• Assists merchandising and logistics team on best order transportation costs.
• Coordinates with suppliers, logistics and warehouse to maintain the best trafficking of product to support the business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Background: Bachelor.
• Work Experience:
  • Languages: English (TOEIC 700) or Japanese.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
  • Able to follow the retail operating hours and work on weekends and public holidays if required.
  • Having at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in retail is better.
  • Team player and able to engage with store employees.
  • Work location: Ho Chi Minh City.
