GA MANAGER ( Chinese Speaking)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all areas of work at the project including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, human resources in all service areas to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Acting as the point of contact with customers
• Maintain and ensure services are performed in a professional and timely manner, up to standards (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.)
• Solve all customer questions and complaints about services, handle problems arising at the project
• Coordinate with other departments in the company to manage and deploy the work under the project effectively and achieve the set goals
• Manage operational costs at the project effectively
• Recruit, train and manage the entire staff at the management board.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly project inspection to ensure the project complies with legal regulations on safety and fire prevention

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Business Administration or other equivalent university degrees
• Fluent in Chinese: Listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Knowing English is an advantage
• Working experience in the position of administrative specialist, administrative manager
• Working experience in foreign company (China, Hongkong, Taiwan)
• Hardworking, careful, detailed and ready to work with high intensity
• Proficient in using office software
• Female, age 30-40
• Good-looking appearance .
