JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for establishing performance-based salary and welfare policies for employees.
• In charge of calculating and pay salaries, insurance, and taxes to meet SLA.
• Consult BOD to avoid risks in labor relations.
• Compose and implement procedures, regulations, and related policy.
• Consult on setting up organizational structure, handle recruitment activities the company’s culture, and control recruitment costs.
• Overview and control services and equipment, documents for foreign employees

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years’ experience in human resources field, and over 2 years of experience in equivalent positions.

• Candidates have good relationships with authorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, languages…
• Solid knowledge of labor law, insurance and related regulations and decrees, practical skills.
• Leadership skills, management, consulting skills.
• Communication and interaction skills.
• Proficient in human resource management software.
• English communication skills.
