COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is Flexible packaging manufacturer.
Working Place:  VISIP 2A, Binh Duong

  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consolidate and manage, correct sales team members for forecast accuracy.
• Consolidate the project pipeline and report, highlighting key actions to the sales manager for converting sales leads to sales revenue.
• Prepare all the details related to the sales data such as MTD, and YTD sales of the sales team that support the efficient weekly, and monthly sales meetings.
• Organize all sales team meetings, take careful notes, and then push action to the relevant PIC.
• Manage the sales relate documents such as contracts, quotations, rebates, …
• Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts.
• Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
• Other admin tasks to support the whole sales team to work better.
• Other tasks assigned by Senior Sales Manager and BOD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• English: Business level
• Strong Excel skill is a MUST.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills and good persuasion.
• Good performance in teamwork.
• Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
• Skills monitoring and planning work.
