COMPANY OVERVIEW

Foreign company specialize in providing rental services of industrial and construction equipment for more than 10 years in Vietnam.Location: Dong Nai

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive information from customers, sales Department to inform timely to related departments.
• Make Delivery Order/Receive sheet, arrange transportation and follow up until machines reach the customer sites, etc.
• Making daily in/out reports.
• Support to make quotations as being required
• Make rental contract with customers
• Accounting task: Make assets, issue invoices, make payment documents, contact customers following payment status.
• Make site sheet everyday
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree: University or college graduate.
• At least 3 years’ experience (2 years as an accountant)
• Skill: Good at Word, excel, accounting software.
• Good communicate English.
