 SALES ADMIN
(ENGLISH SPEAKING)
COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese company in Hanoi- having construction and industrial machinery and equipment and related services for rent/sale needs to employ Sales Admin.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Receive information from customers, sales Department to inform timely to related departments.
• Make Delivery Order/Receive sheet, arrange transportation and follow up until machines reach the customer sites, etc.
• Making daily in/out report.
• Support to make quotation as being required.
• Make rental contract with customers.
• Accounting task: Make asset, issue invoices, make payment documents, contact with customer following payment status.
• Make site sheet every day.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• Degree: University or college graduate.
• Experience: 3 years’ experience.
• Experience at least 2 years as an accountant.
• Skill: Good at word, excel, accounting software.
• Language: Good at listening, speaking, reading, and writing English.
