Job vacancy Technical Service Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is factory produces equipment and related services for food processing and the production of advanced materials.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Undertake the service/commissioning jobs under customer’s request as per industrial requirement and maker guideline to deliver
• Align with supervisor for any defects found during service execution and find out solution to rectify
• Provide accurate measurement on site in order to help technical support to identify spares specification if required
• Write service report and checklist correctly, issue certificate and any other required documents properly
• Check automation system of clients and consult about the technology solution, maintenance and spare parts for replacement
• Providing technical services such as maintenance and troubleshooting of the existing installed base. On-call service is a part of your duties.
• Preparing and providing training for our customers.
• Supporting service sales to help us achieve annual budgetary targets.
• Participating in project implementation, installation supervision, commissioning, start-up, and documentation.
• Establish equipment specifications and requirements.
• Perform safety inspections and craft risk assessments.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Identify, evaluate, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Plan, organize, and direct project activities.
• Conduct research, analyze, and evaluate information.
• Develop project plans.
• Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate project deliverables.
• Other ad-hoc projects as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree from Mechanical, Mechatronics, Control and Automation Engineering or related majors;
• Be proficient in English and Microsoft Office;
• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position.
• Ability to read and understand equipment drawings and electrical circuit drawings.
• Must be able to read and understand equipment drawings and electrical circuit drawings.
• Able to work on own initiative, not only on assigned tasks
• Have good teamwork and self-development ability;
• Be able to work in both indoors & outdoors, at night or in day-off if necessary;
• Be careful, honest, and passionate about mechanical, automation control;
• Willing traveling business to other province, other country.
