JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The position will play an active role as a Sale Manager for the Vietnam business. Responsible for real estate development, from planning to sales

• Ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy and business strategy formulating business strategy.
• Collect information on land (Vietnam)
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategic marketing
• Organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the condominium market trend and opportunities.
• Find, identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through several sources.
• Manage overall sales and marketing activities including market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
• Visit sales galleries and sites, collect information, analyze the products and situation from competitors.
• Monitoring and updating competitor strategies and key initiatives.
• Follow up and handle the relationship with clients and agents.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned on request.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Sales or Business Administration or relevant major.
• At least 5 years of experience within Real Estate /Property Development industry, with at least 2 years at managerial level.
• Experience in strategy development within Marketing and Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
• Effective planning, critical thinking, time management, negotiation, communication and project management.
• Good at report, analysis skill and PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced in English communication skills.
