           SALE MANAGER (Base HaNoi)

COMPANY OVERVIEW

• Develop sales strategy for CE products within assigned region, together with the company’s direction, action plan, sales forecast, budget planning
• Negotiate and construct appropriate trading terms and channel strategy in alignment with the company's direction
• Manage and maintain a highly effective channel; support and supervise retailer/ dealers to achieve sales target
• Manage, allocate jobs, and coach sales team members to drive performance of sell-in and push up sell-out
• Coordinate with other product sales teams and trade marketing team for total regional sales target achievement
• KPI and target: Sales revenue, COI, Market share 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5 to 6 years of Sale Manager position in electronics or building material or medical devices
• Language skills: English (business proficiency level), Vietnamese (native level).
• Excellent of Communication, Negotiation and customer service skills.
• Has B2C experience

BENEFITS
Monthly Salary :
Salary: 60.000.000~ 80.000.000

Other Benefits :
     8h30 ~ 17h00 (Mon - Fri)
Bonus & salary reviewed based on working performance
