Job vacancy E-commerce Manager

Overview : Children and family care platform, having branches in Vietnam and USA  Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce platform.
• Manage and control the presence of brands and products on Social - ECom channels (banners, product images...) to ensure that the web/app is always attractive and brings the best experience to users.
• Implement the right direction, plan as well as propose new ideas for online campaigns to increase sales and customers on web/app.
• Responsible for conceptualizing and developing trend-appropriate campaigns (festivals, events, special holidays, ...)
• Learn user behavior to build campaigns to increase the number of users, trigger purchases of users.
• Work closely with departments to plan, develop and implement value mechanisms that generate sales revenue.
• Other tasks as required by Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in developing E-commerce platforms
• At least 1 year of similar experience in the field of product business: Cosmetics, health and beauty, ……
• Ability to be creative, update young people's shopping trends, experience in planning large media campaigns.
• Analytical and logical thinking skills, problem solving ability.
• Enthusiastic, able to withstand high pressure at work
