Job vacancy Senior Consultant (Finance Team)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
 Our client is the leading Energy company in Japan and currently a strategic partner of a leading Energy company in Vietnam. The company is with function as a shareholding company as well as a consulting company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   Main Responsibility Provide consulting services to the partner company. Sub Responsibility
Conduct the following tasks for the above two responsibilities.

• Negotiate with business partners and new business exploration and development.
•  Preparation and translation of various meeting materials, minutes, etc.
•   Arrange meetings, business trips, lunches, and dinners with the company's business partners (flights, cars, accommodations, venues, etc.) and participate in them (including assisting Japanese staff by interpreting, etc.).
•   Any other business that was requested.

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High language proficiency: Having a high level of proficiency in written and communication in Vietnamese and English.  
• Strong experience in accounting, finance, taxation, law, etc. (especially high knowledge of accounting and finance)
• Ability to communicate and build relationships appropriately with internal and external stakeholders 
• Flexible response and patience to changes in requests, schedules, etc.
• Can use / utilize fully of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to set priorities and manage and execute multiple tasks- Ability to learn and master new tasks
•  Enthusiasm and willing to work overtime and go for business trip even during holidays when necessary.

  Nice to have

• Studied or worked in Japan for long time or have worked in Japanese company for 3 years.
• Experience in doing business with Vietnamese state-owned company.
• In-depth experience working on M&A projects.
