Along with the business expansion and further development of talent manpower in Vietnam, we are looking for a suitable qualified candidate for the following position in Hanoi Branch.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customers KYC, CDD task 
• Handling and support relationship manager on customer’s daily transaction. 
• Monitoring department’s deadline to ensure the compliance with internal procedure. 
• Supporting relationship manager on preparation of credit documents 
• To administer department’s daily job 
• Having potentiality to work as relationship manager in the future. 

Job requirements:

• Bachelor or higher Degree with at least 02 years of experience in corporate customer support area. 
• Basic financial knowledge 
• Communication and presentation skills; 
• Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese 
• Dynamic, teamwork, creative, aggressive, responsible, patient, hard-working and result oriented person; 
• Ability to work under high pressure.
